The Apprentice (UK)

Err...he is worth quite a lot.

He now has an estimated fortune of ?800m and was ranked 71st in the Sunday Times Rich List 2006. Despite being best known as a technology businessman, most of Sugar's wealth now derives from his property portfolio in Mayfair, rather than business ventures.[1]

but he might not be worth that much now...that was in 2006...start of it i think...

Does anyone think Tre and Saj Mahmood look alike?

So prey tell, how many employees do you have in your company then ?
My dad employs over 2000 people in all of his companies, and his main one employs 850! HAHA!! :p  :D :D

So see what i mean now when i say 85 is pretty poor especially for a company which used to be so massive.

But that is your father's company - I asked you how many in YOUR company

Until YOU build up your OWN business, I don't see how you can dismiss someone else who has 85 employees in their business as nothing ?

Well yes but i am 14 so i am not likely to run my own company yet! My dad thinks i will do well in business and i take after him! So i am optimistic and only time will tell, but thats the only thing i want to do, will never work for anyone else.

1. Sir Alan has many more than 85 employees.
2. What company does your father own?

1. Sir Alan does have 85 employees i have seen the Amstrad accounts and click this link also: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amstrad
2. My dad owns a group of logistics companies called LPG or Lincolnshire Pallet Group which employees around 850. He also owns the Rand Group which employs 380. The Abba Plant Group-230. Bamshaw Group which is actually my mums restaurants-80. 6 other seperate companies which have employees amounting around 250. and a company in Holland called Rietveld Logistics 200 and a timber company in Latvia 170. All of those in total come to around 2150 employees.

Heres another interesting fact!
Amstrad:
Revenue-?91.65m
Net Income- 15.08m
My dads all together:
Revenue-?278m
Net Income-Around ?20m

My dads is a limited company so he has 100% of the shares and Alan only has a certain percentage of the Amstrad shares, probably around 40%.

Okay, so your father is an excellent businessman who is obviously very successful. But if you have 85 people working for you, have at least ?100,000,000 when you're FAILING, you know you're doing well.

Well yes, he has done well but my point is that he should have sold Amstrad years ago, and made much more money. The likes of Microsoft and Dell etc have been his downfall.

lobster nipples :p I say fair play to Tre on not selling them if he doesn't like them. Nice bull****ing too
