That's just going to drag it out too long mate. It's pretty standard for the last person to finish a round to start the next, after all they get the weaker players from the previous round taking the last of the pile anyway.

:eek: I would say that the one who ends the first round may start the second one and there's nothing to fight for it as it's so common! Even I had done it a lot of times in @Raghu 's league ;)

@Cyclops11 When picking our county players at the end, are we basing selections on the county the players were playing for in the season that has just ended or next summer? Also what about kolpak players?
