After a strong start courtesy Babar Hayat the captain, Hong Kong lost their flow in the middle-overs, but struck back decently at the death to take themselves to 144/7 in ther 20. Muhammad Khan top scored with a handy 41 which anchored the innings after Hayat's quick cameo and departure. The UAE spinners outshined the quicks for a change, and they were all incredibly economical while in-form Zahoor was carted for 50 runs. And Hong Kong have done it! They have upset the hosts at their own fortress, coming into this game as clear underdogs. UAE managed to get off to a good start thanks to Usman and Rohan but the wickets fell continuously as spinners Nizakat and Ehsan along with paceman Shukla managed to leave them needing 48 off 36 with just 3 wickets in hand. Then comes Mohammad Ghazanfar who destroys the tail's hopes of chasing it in any way and grabs a 3fer for just 3 runs to win Hong Kong the game in the 18th over- and the Men in Red are into the Grand Finale, with a streak of 4 consecutive wins after their opener game loss against Namibia .​

The Entire Bowling performed but Ghazanfar Mohammad wins the MOTM for his crucial 3 quick wickets at the death, which completely ended UAE's winning hopes which were hanging on a thread, despite being tail-enders- under immense pressure. He got the winning wicket that saw Hong Kong into the Finals of the tournament.​

The actual in-game conditions were barely different to the other stadiums, but the result being so vastly different actually feels realistic - that this is indeed on a different stadium. Which is cool and something I had no control or idea of.
