There used to be a Member called Ammar, who made Signatures for people.

You can start in the General forum, with the name something like, "The Signature Requests Thread",or "The Signatures Thread" or something like that.

Vaas runs hot as Australia struggle at home

Sri Lankan fast bowler Chaminda Vaas made the most of the bowler friendly conditions as he put Sri Lanka in the box seat of the test match against Australia at the SCG in the first morning of play.

Greeted with overcast conditions on a fairly level wicket, Vaas made the most of his captain, Marvin Attapattu's decision to bowl as he routed the top and middle order of Australia, all in the space of 1 and an half hours.

The widely regarded best swing bowler in the world took the wickets of test newcomer Marcus North (5), Ricky Ponting (6), Michael Clarke (5) and Andrew Symonds (2) to claim first session figures of 4/27 from only 11 overs as the homeside slumped to be 5/76 from the first 26 overs.

The only bright point for Australia was the continuing in form opener Justin Langer, who continued on from his 209* against India in the last match to be 41* at lunch along with Adam Gilchrist who was unbeaten on 1. Unfortunatly Marcus North (Australias 392nd test player) was unable to repeat the peformances of Michael Clarke in his first innings of test cricket when he was bowled by Vaas on 5.

The pressure will now be on the Western Australian pairing of Langer and Gilchrist to save the home side against a threatening bowling attack of Vaas and Muralitharan.

below - scorecards at lunch day 1 - australia very much under pressure
clarke - out LBW however rightfully feeling as though the decision was unfair

Australia in a terrible position.

Langer must now bat out the innings,if the Aussies are to have any hope.
