Well known for his terrible bounce that results in 4 wides constantly. This steepling slow bowler is looking for a home as he is a homeless bum. Has no variation with easily pickable slower balls he can't swing the new and the old ball and doesn't seem to use the seam effectively. Hoping to move to a team with a few bitches that will let me play a game. Griffo has no potential to destroy the weak top orders which seem to be very common around the competition.

And there are a set of averages for Batsmen(Keepers included), Bowlers, Allrounders, Bowling Allrounder and Batting Allrounders. Your performances are based on these averages. If you are in form, you'll score more or take more wickets as this is built in the sim. So it is some luck, but you stand a better chance if you are a pure bat/bowl rather than an allrounder.
