Ok Guys, here goes

Inorder to remove the home factor and to maximise gate receipts, all matches will be played at the biggest ground, and the pitch will be randomly decided. It will be essential that the pitch be changed to the mentioned one before the match. If the Home team has problems in changing pitch, they must say so, and in that case the pitch will be decided by both the Home and Away teams

Available pitch types:

Flat
Dusty
Hard and Fast
Green

Id like to hear some opinions on whether you think this is a good idea or not because it is up to you whether it goes ahead

It's fine with me. I don't know if the changing pitch thing will work well, as green suits my team and changing from that to H&F for one day before changing back seems a bit improbable.

But if the team with the bigger stadiums got to pick their pitchs it would be too big of an advantage for them

thats fine we all start somewhere, the groups might be redone because we were expecting another person if im correct?

if your noob just read as much as you can and get a grip on the whole game. Finding someone to teach you or a "mentor" would be a very good start

The shift from n00b to normal user can be done in one, quick step.


Read the rules.


Trust me, by doing that, you have 70% of the game figured out. 20% you'll learn in a few seasons, and the last 10% will take some luck and dedication to understand. No one knows this game through and through 100%.

But yea, read the rules. It is a good start.
