The PlanetCricket Battrick Sledging Thread

No pops for me today, just some huge BT increases! Hoping for a couple of pops in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

Same here; no pops on my trainee, but his BT rating has increased by about 1000.

Another bot to deal with in the next cup match.....

..and a Newbie team will be my next opponent in Friday league.

Xavier Eli has already popped in bowling! In one week! :)
Oh, and I've got an OK newby team in the cup, and a weakish human-controlled side in my league :)

2 questions

1. when does the friendly season finish?

2. Whats the reputation thingy

thanks gotta ask questions to find out what things are sorry.

thanks Dylan

1) Well, I think each team plays 22 games in a season. The first is already over, except a few games which have been delayed and yet to be played. At the end of a season, 2 teams promote to Division 1, and 2 demote.

2) See that tick mark and cross box underneath yout username, all the way down? Yea, you can give reps to a post on that. They are basically useless, more reps you have, the more green boxes you get. You can give or take reps for posts you like or dislike, and add comments and stuff. They are usually a rough guidline to how good a member is.

How longs these pops take for a noob team like mine?

I always refer to the training times on Jumpers for wickets (see the stickeies on that page) to look for player pops. Remember that some of your players will be on the way to the next level already, and so may not take as long as the times quoted there for their first pop.

and also i got a pretty decent team for my cup tie...will be a good match...
