I think I should inform you of a few facts:
A) Dusty aids Spinners, M, FM and F in that order, although not in the way you would expect.
B) Spinners will NOT take more wickets on a dusty. Most of the time. They will, however, bowl more economically than they would on any other pitch on the same orders/
C) Cloudy/Humid conditions will always help M bowlers no matter what conditions.
D) It may worth experimenting the following:
-If your spinners are Steady-Defensive, set them on defensive orders and let them both bowl in the final overs (B4&5 finish orders would work well here). Set them on Defensive/V.Defensive.
-If they are Destructive/Attacking, gamble and set them on V.Attacking/Attacking orders and let them bowl in the middle overs.
E) Generally Spinners in the game tend to need higher consistency to do better. Quickies can do well with higher primaries, but spinners and M with higher consistency. And if you intend on setting a player on attacking orders, make sure they have either a really high primary (+2 of the average batsman in thier team atleast) or a nice high secondary and decent primary.
Some valuable wisdom there. Use it well.
