You mean staff? I hired them when my supposedly good players were crap, and hiring them seemed to have made a difference tbh. I saved up quite a bit of money early on, so its no problem.

You do have an above average squad. Khizer Yousuf seems very good, despite not having played any games...
But when arraging players by BTR, everyone below Dara Anjum should go. Fire em or sell them. Doesn't seem you play them, and their wages take a toll on your finances.

Yeah good point. Sultan is definitely gone. But I think I might hang on to the younger ones. Give them a few practice sessions?

Nah. Only train trainees who have Competent or above in their primary, Feeble or above secondaries, and are 17. Don't buy 18 or 19 YOs and train them unless they are really good and it's is just supposed to be a short-term fix.

Just did some house cleaning and fired 4 players (with a heavy heart of course). I never took my team too seriously (as is evident), time to do so.

Yea. I have a lot of players due to sentimental value. Unfortunately, they'll soon be leaving too.
It's hard the first time around, but soon, you almost get used to it.
