Welcome everyone to the second season of the official CricSim League "The PlanetCricket League" (Season 1).

Teams are made primarily out of PlanetCricket members and a couple of star players. Member players are drafted/auctioned to the respective official teams participating in The PlanetCricket League (TPCL 2).

Teams that participated in the first season will be given first option to continue into season 2 ( @PresidentEvil / @AliB | @Till Valhalla / @User2010 | @Bilal45 / @zimrahil | @CerealKiller / @Perfect Square ). Teams should confirm their participation by no later than Wednesday, 8 July, 3PM IST. An official announcement will be made in this thread should an addition team/s spot open up.

The star players will be the only members of your team that won't be a regular forum member - they can be an international cricketer, or someone you made up. You'll use your star to attract players and they will also get a stats boost in the sim. You'll have to decide whether you want an all rounder, batsman, bowler or keeper as your star, and it could be key to your chances of success.

The competition will then take place using Syedur Rahman's Cricsim, in 40 over format and 4 day format.

Signups will be opened soon, and yes ... you have to signup again even if you participated in the previous season
