Thumbnail Previews in Windows 7?

Any one knows how to Enable Thumbnail Previews in Windows 7.It is the worst thing about windows 7.It pisses me off,because I have heaps of textures and without the Thumbnail Previews,I have to open each of the file to view the textures.
I have tried this,but it doesn't work.

If no one know how to solve this problem,I might have to switch back to Windows XP.

And TBH,it has been proved that nothing beats XP .

It works for me except-list, details, short icons.

BTW, your opinion does not constitute "proof".

What are the file types? I've never had any issues with thumbnail previews in Windows 7. In fact, I only had issues in XP. :sarcasm
