There is no other way mate
Increase your ground, win more, buy players for cheap, uber train them in the 42 days, re-sell them (Not advised).
Or get three bugged Youth Pulls and sell them for about 2 million as well as a strong bowler from your opening lineup for near another million...

Check out Hassun's squad. Two players who he are selling are abysmal batters, one has a 50 from one innings, and one has a 30! And he has a feeble bowler who averages about 20 with the ball, and another who averages 15 with 6 wickets (BTR=953)!!!
