good luck getting a proficient for under $350 000.
Why can't you get one?? Giving a bit away about my team, but last season I bought a proficient 18yr old for 235,000 and he has now already popped twice in his primary. You can surely get a proficient for under 350,000, can't you?

Adarsh, how about these players? They aren't bad, but not too good either.
They are alright, but I am looking for better ones who can fit straight into my team.

Ok, new signing for me:

Thomas Griffin (358605)
RH Batsman, RF Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, energetic
A steady player with worthless leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For: Old Wulfs
Nationality: Australia
Age: 19 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 4,674

Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Batting: feeble Concentration: feeble
Bowling: feeble Consistency: feeble
Fielding: competent

?7000 from The Hurricanes. Hopefully a bit of training will turn those Feeble's into Mediocres.

Howard Lakeman (346433)
RH Batsman, RF Bowler, superb batting form, strong bowling form, sublime
A cautious player with competent leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For: Cricket Geniuses
Nationality: Australia
Age: 19 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 6,619

Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Batting: mediocre Concentration: feeble
Bowling: mediocre Consistency: feeble
Fielding: respectable

Good allrounder and he is still trainable. On offer at ?100,000. Go get him.

He's trainable but not worth ?100,000.

Ive got a backup all rounder who's better than that and I bought him for ?60,000

Oh. come on, he's a very good allrounder. He's got great fielding, in which he is due to pop soon, and he is going to pop in bowling. Good all round stats. Can bat at 7, score a quick 30 runs. Can bowl a tidy spell, taking a couple of wickets. And he takes atleast 2 catches every game. Fielding is very important in battrick and as you know, catches win matches.

Toby Henshaw - 18 yo, BT Rating=6,419
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, lively
A steady player with feeble leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: woeful
Batting: abysmal Concentration: woeful
Bowling: respectable Consistency: woeful
Fielding: respectable

Bidding starts tommorow from $0!!!

Yeah, the wages tell you. Mediocre/Competant boundary is about ?400. Competant/Respectable is about ?650, Respectable/Proficient is about ?1050 and Proficient/Respectable is about ?1900. You can comfirm this by checking your players' wages. For eg. a proficient player will have a wage of between ?1050 and ?1900.

The wages give a better picture when the season is new, as they would have been recently updated. Later on, it is a bit hard to figure out, as they would have recieved extra training.

Could do with a bowler like that, young and trainable.

Think you'll get a lot more than $0 for him but ill try up until it starts to trouble my finances.

Put one of my bowlers, Roger Oleary, up for sale with a starting price of ?60000. I didn't think he was worth that, but the bidders (Led by Briggsey) are going crazy - its currently at ?250000

You guys spend huge amounts! I never try and go over 100000...use those saved up funds on a large ground.
