His stamina is his problem especially for an all rounder.

Yeah, put on 2 stamina nets and in about 10-12 weeks time he'll be a really good player for you.

He's not that good though. Poor secondaries. I might sell Hoult if I get that sort of price. In this game you don't progress much by just training youth. The really good uns make huge profits in the transfer market.
