How do I make helmets and sunnies see-thru? I tried to modify them and now my batsmen look like Optimus Prime.

you need to save them as dds file

Done that. I can play the game with them but theres just this huge thing blocking the metal thing. If that makes any sense. Same with sunnies.

I had the same problem, if you save the file as anything other than a dds (ie psd) and then convert back you will get this problem and you have to use the tools in direct-x sdk to make them transparent, but if you keep the files always in dds format you shouldnt get the problem.
