Triaining Times

OK well I have changed the coaches to feilding and also fitness coaches.

Hopefully this is ok?

4 batting
3 fielding
3 fitness

Maybe a stupid question guys but how do you give more than 2 nets of a particular type?

Hire more than one coach for it, then assign the player to two of that net.
Didn't expect that coming from the PC Champion :D

So I started this little bat/bowl/field/keep experiment a couple of weeks ago, certainly has been worth the effort so far. If I didn't want to see what the time between pops was like, I'd walk away knowing I'd improved a senior player in two weeks. Obviously it's a bit of a lucky anomaly as yet (I'm not going to see another bowling pop; he's 26) but the BTR is really rocketing along, so I think I can assume interesting results in the next month.

Code:
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: worthless
  Batting: abysmal Concentration: feeble
  Bowling: respectable Consistency: feeble
  Fielding: woeful

Code:
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping:[b] abysmal[/b]
 Batting: abysmal Concentration:[b] mediocre[/b]
  Bowling: [b]proficient [/b]Consistency:[b] mediocre[/b]
  Fielding: woeful

And his consistency popped from mediocre to competent in 3 weeks. So there you have it! A 26 year old getting bat, bowl, fielding and keeping nets with 5 sports psychs can really rush through. According to my research, just bowling and fielding nets will yield in 5 weeks.

It was mostly for sheer interest, but if you have a middle aged player with secondaries that leave you wanting and you don't have a lot of young players to train, I suggest you consider this tactic. It might actually be particularly useful if you are able to purchase such a player cheaply.
