TUT: Cutting with the Pen tool

How do i save it and stuf wat as and how do get it to work

once you have gone all the way around it right click-make selection-1px feather.
Control+C (or Edit-Copy) and then file-new Control V or (Edit-Paste)
Save as PNG.
