I accidently posted this in cri 07 forum. If you already read, no need to re-read.

1. Batting.
All kinds of shots can be playable for any ball.(Eg: Late cut for yorker(above 70% confidence),bouncer etc.)
The player will press and hold a key for a shot, as the ball arrives If the player wants to leave the ball, release the key. Thus realistic ball leaving achieved.
Realistc shot animations is a must.
Confidence of the coming player depends on the previous players' average confidence.
Shot animations are normal shots for confidence below 70%. Above 70% the batsman shot animations changes. All animation changes to an extra-ordinary type(Eg: D. Karthik's late cut, Dhoni's & Sachin's special sweep etc.)
2. Bowling.
The user have to rotate a ball and according to the ball position as it holds in real cricket, the ball swings.
If we ball a swing ball, the ball must not pitch the cursor. Like in real cricket, the aim is not the target of a swingball.
3. Fielding.
The player have to field, not throw or power. If he respond on a correct timing, he will catch or field the ball, else, misfiefd.
4. Commentary.
Take the commentary man Tony Greig. His commentary is 90 rated.(Don't be sad, this is my rating).
Don't comment like "that's four", "one run", "caught", ".....waiting to bat".
Comment it, don't say what happens.(Most commentaries in cricket game is a translation of visual to sound).
