Umpire File?

Hi.
Would someone be able to tell me if and where there this is a file in BLC/SWC in relation to umpiring decisions because since i've put the new config files into the game i have been getting dodgy lbw decisions. I have checked the files contained in the patch because it says that it fixes wides but i can't find it. Please Help!

I guess these settings might have been included in the settings file or the exe file and not config files. There are no config files which set the umpire parameters for sure.
