Uniform Issues

When creating old teams from the past how can I get the uniform helmets to be the
same as the hats ie no helmets which did not exist then.
I have seen this on some community teams but cannot seem to replicate it on my
teams which are copied but always revert to default ?

Had the same problem when I started making historical teams...unfortunately the only way to get around this is to go into the individual player, click ‘equipment’, go down to ‘helmet’ and click ‘use hat as helmet’.
