Hey guys,

After getting no response from codies and the editors here..I mailed swordfish support. I requested them to tell me how to use widescreen resolutions.

2 days later I get back a reply and the dev tells me I can change a key in registry that u can edit to change res.

However u can use this new config tool without the resolution limits.

I will mail Ste the file soon.

if for some reason it doesnt work in RPIC .try direct reg editing.

That's good, but doesn't it only display the screen resolutions your monitor can cope with?

yup exactly. however the default ingame one only has some specified ones. for example I can support 1920 by 1200 on my widescreen but the config tool default one shows only 1600 by 1200.

This is awesome! Now I can play it on my laptop. Hoorah!! Is there a generic fix for all games that lies in registry editing or do you just have to get lucky? I'd really like to be able to have custom resolutions for Dawn of War and NHL06 on my laptop too.

What exactly should I do???

go to that key. add given at bottom of window.

edit the decimal value for display width and height.

that should do it.

notice:: i have 1920 and 1200 value there.
