Ok, the software suggested by jkarthik did recover files but I cannot render them in any media player. any solution

I think it cannot be rendered because one you delete the fmedia file or image file sometime it also looses its rendering data.

Yup I am having BSNL BroadBand but the problem is there are more than 80 episodes and all of them were uploaded to rapidshare so when I download one file I have to wait for many hours to download the other.

If you want to download without waiting here is the way.
After downloading one file switch off the modem.
Clear the cookies and tem int files.
Switch the modem again and then download it.
It really works man.

I think you might need to reenter the file extension of the files to play them

Or, try using SUPER to convert them.

I know that site but the problem is that they give on megaupload.com which gives ridiculous speed for guests. so I prefer dbz-media.nl for it they give on rapidshare too. and I get a speed around 30 - 32 kbps on my 256kbps connection

Hey. I'll tell you a solution. Download and install the megaupload toolbar. I have done that. Then, you can easily download at pretty high speeds(I get speeds ranging from 30-56 kb/s).

Actually, the speed has been restricted by my ISP (BSNL) so whatever or from wherever I download I can't exceed 30 KB/s

Lol I go upto 175 Ks at Rapidshare and max I go at megauplaod is 225 ks. You need new ISP bro.
