So its encoded by FPS1 codec which comes with Fraps.

So install Fraps and then see the video,

Somebody has already told you.

fraps cant play movies it can capture it

B) download the klitecodec pack , it is better then installing all the players ,

or ther is one player which i am 100% sure will play these videos
