I would advise the same to you too. Read and go through the articles carefully before hurling a tyrad of abuses at anyone. BCCI has just asked for certain clarifications about this system (as it has some big flaws), before finally implementing it, and both the ICC and BCCI are trying to sort the matter out as soon as possible.
PS, only to tell you, it was none but the BCCI and the SLC who agreed to the trialling of this "review system" for the very first time in the history of cricket. It happened in the Ind-SL test series of last year.
This a great addition by the ICC and the fact that only 2 referrals per innings will make it a massive success!
The main issue is that about india refusing to use this?? they are the richest board and whats the problem with this? I think its plain outright bullying of the ICC?![]()
I would advise the same to you too. Read and go through the articles ....

I absolutely loathe the system. It makes the game really slow, and takes out the integrity that the on field umpires deserve.....
maybe allow commentator voting, some special players sitting in some other room or public voting people who are sitting in vip with screens.
as when 3rd umpire and referee are judging they can make mistakes as they are two.
adding 2 to 3 more people or just their secret votes to third umpire surely helps
