Where to download/buy ICC 2k11

I'm form South Africa, and I really want to get hold of ICC 2k11, but I can't find it anywhere!

I have ICC 3, but it is getting old and boring!

Kan someone please tell me where I can get it?
Maybe give me a link too?

Purchase the game through Childish Things online store with a credit card or paypal. They will send you an activation code, which you enter into the trial game to unlock it.

Pretty sure that was the procedure, close to a year since I did it, but it was a quick and simple process.

If you're on a macbook like me you can get it off the app store, same game just off the app store. There's a link on Childish Things forum.
