Not all, Jacques kallis, Sachin Tendulkar, Sanath Jayasuriya played very good innings in IPL-3 as it is not about young player who can play T20 it is about understanding the situation then playing your shots then demolish the oppostion attack.

Also look at some of the old people they picked this year. Martyn, Kaif were picked over much more capable youngsters.

You are over-exaggerating. It requires a different skill set but it still requires talent, just of a different kind, perhaps less endearing to us seasoned cricket fans.
