Who should be new head of FA?

Well, Barwick has decided to sod off just before the start of the Qualifiers (great timing), so who should replace him? We should use this chance to get a good football man in, like Trevor Brooking, or Sir Bobby Charlton. Someone that really knows football and cares about England.

I'd go for Brooking, seems like a sound man, knows about football, knows about the FA already and as you said knows his football, unlike most of the others in the FA. Very passionate about grassroots football too.

Just to correct you, any time Barwick wants to sod off is good timing.
