I want to manage in Europe​

Sydney FC manager Matt has today told the press he wants to manage in Europe after he handed in his letter of resignation to the Sydney FC board just hours earlier.

Many have seen this claim by Matt as ambitious and expect him to be back managing in Australia soon. Even though he has had success at Sydney, being with them from the beginning and leading them to 1 title, he feels he can make it in Europe.

"I have all the right qualities to manage in Europe. There's no reason why I can't do it. It doesn't mean anything that I'm Australian, I've followed football all my life so I have as much knowledge of the game as the English and Spanish etc"

Whether he will even get a job is a major thing many people are asking. Well, we'll have to wait and see.

Coventry want Matt​

The Coventry board have expressed their will to sign manager Matt. Impressed with his record at Sydney, Coventry feel his resume is good enough to manage their side. Impressed with the application Matt handed to them they today offered him a job.

"He has a very good resume and we believe even though he is inexperienced he has the skills to lead us to some success. We feel he has a desire to manage in England too, and probably Coventry after he delayed the job offer from Recreativo."

"We don't have many sufficient resources at the moment but Matt managed to work with Sydney and bring in quality players within their salary. We have made a solid offer and we hope to get a positive reply some time soon"

Matt has reported submitted a job application for Recreativo, Convetry and Southampton. Recreativo have already offered a job to Matt which was delayed as we believe he would prefer to manage in England. Southampton are unlikely to offer Matt a job so we imagine he will be signing for Convetry.

Coventry will be a nice destination for you, Matt. Would be a good oppurtunity to prove yourself in England and to get them into the Premiership as they have a decent squad.

Thanks guys. Not sure how much of this I will be able to do atm as both ICC and Football Manager are on our new good computer, and my sister is playing sims on that alot seems it's been ages since she could play it (Our other computers were crappy and couldn't handle it) and my ICC story is my main preference.

I'll still do the best I can on this.

Matt snubs Coventry​

What made you think I wanted to go their?​

Former Sydney FC manager Matt has today come out and blasted the media after they lead people to believe we was going to go to Coventry. Fans were expressing their joy at the change of managers and we making banners and chants for Matt. Matt came out today to speak for the first time since leaving Sydney to blast the Media in this interview:

Interviewer: Are you excited about going to Coventry Matt?
Manger Matt: What are you talking about? I never said that.

I: Well it was believed you were going to accept
M: That's rubbish, just because I declined Recreativito doesn't mean I'm going to jump at the next job.

I: Well did you tell the media that you weren't going their?
M: No, why would I have to do that? The Media are a bunch of story hungry idiots who don't have a clue what their talking about. Why would I want to go to Coventry? Plus when did I say I want to manage in England? I said I wanted to manage in Europe, not just England. I didn't even send a job application, I just queried about the job. Just because they offered me a job doesn't mean I was going to jump at it. I'm waiting for the right time.

I: What about all the disappointed fans?
M: That's the media fault.

I: Where do you want to manage?
M: In Europe, I mentioned that ages ago! Some people...

With that Matt left the interview.
