Win XP - Have you tried the compatibility mode?

I tried Win XP recently on a friend's PC. For all the .exe files there is a running in a compatibility mode option after you right click on it. There one can choose to run the game in a required mode viz. Win95 Win98Win2000 etc. Don't know whether it's of any use for BLC but maybe one could try.

It doesn't help. Thats the first thing I tried out, coz its already written on the pack that it is only for WIn 95/98.
