NMA will help you in creating your initial 15 players(or your always 15 players). After that you can arrange tours with other nations, no minimum requirement just the amount you want to play. Based on your rankings you will be eligible for events like World Cup and others.
Based on your continent you will play in a continent trophy like Asia Cup(atm Africa is missing one nation so they have the minimum nations for a continent trophy).
If you like you can create a domestic league and play at your own will but that's all optional. You can take work load as much as you like to handle.
