Geraint Jones ? He was a key part of Englands Ashes 2005 series, he's a decent batsman and a very handy keeper. There have been far worse keepers in recent test history than him. Jones played many vital knocks for England, an effortlessly stylish player, I was a fan of GoJo.

I've ignored Bangladesh for obvious reasons.

Yeah, because basically people want to have a whinge about players they don't like or the 'flops among the tops', but harsh truth is the answer to the thread is either simply "Bangladesh" or a team made up mainly of Bangladeshis, West Indies, Kiwis and Zimbabweans if they can still be considered a Test team which given the last time they played, probably not.

So perhaps relabelling this thread would be a good idea, to what the real motivation behind each XI is. Age-Of-The-Fall is going more with the thread title than most as is LJ4MVP. If you want to slate over-rated players then reflect that in the title
