You're clueless.

Strauss- Averages 40+ in Test Cricket, has scored hundreds against the Australians. Nuff said.
Afridi- He's not a bad player in the slightest, not good, but he's not one of the worst 11 players to ever play test cricket.
Bell- Completely wrong. Ian Bell is a class player. He's for my money the most stylish batsman currently playing, he's got all the shots, and when on form no-one looks better.
Vaughan- Lolz. Vaughan's one of the greatest England captains of all time, and a bloody brilliant batsman. When on form is one of the most stylish of all time.
Mubarak- In agreement with this, he is pretty woeful.
Malik- Pakistan captain, can't be that bad.
Ambrose- Good keeper, average batsman. Nowhere near the worst keeper in test history.
Sami- Extreme pace, fairly decent accuracy, great yorker, but not a wicket taking option. Not one of the worst again.
Balaji- Very wrong, good bowler.
Tait- Explosive young bowler, with seering pace, takes wickets, but lacked accuracy in Test cricket. Nowhere near the worst 4 bowlers in test history
Fernando- Presuming you mean Dilhara from Sri Lanka, if so, hilariously wrong. He's good good pace, good accuracy and moves the ball off the seam. Not a bad bowler.

I'd advise doing some research before posting such ludicrous rubbish next time

But yeah, afraid a lot of people's "worst Test teams" are going to be full of players who can play a high quality game of cricket. Although cricinfo do detailed XIs effortlessly, it's actually quite hard to do something like this.
