S-Video will always look heaps better than composite, so if your TV has it, use it.

The holes are for composite, yellow is the video and white and red are audio.

S-Video puts all those things into one plug, and is the second best.

Component is different again, and is the best out of these three:

Just look at the back of your TV and see which of these you have and use the best one.

Played EA Fifa: World Cup today at the shops and I have to say, with the impressive graphics and the gameplay of Fifa: WC I'm really impressed.

EA have really outdone themselves this time with the fast flow game and impressive gameplay with realistic players. Can't believed it wasn't this impressive for the older consoles :D

I bought a 360 yesterday and hooked it up to my LCD monitor. I have World Cup 06 and Call of Duty 2 and they both look amazing!!!

I really want to get Xbox Live, that would be so awsome.

Out of curiousity, how big is your screen you use?
My LCD is 26 inch and everything looks perfect. And with older XBox games the XBox 360 anti-alaises the graphics of them so they look even better. If you want your XBox 360 in a small bedroom, do not go larger than 26 inch.

I was thinking of getting something about that size but then I wouldn't really need it that big when using the computer :D

Seriously, go for Xbox 360, it's significantly cheaper and has quite a lot of the best games/features. I don't see why I'd pay an extra half for the Ps3.

There are heaps of games I want:

- Hitman
- Fifa: World Cup
- Elder's Scroll 4
- Dead or Alive 2
- Fight Night Round 3
- Perfect Dark Zero

And off-topic but I usually get all my comp. equip from http://www.computerfairs.com.au/ It comes around monthly for me.

I would buy it. And it is also a safe bet considering that the PS3 is lowering its specs.
Go for it mate.

The XBox 360 matches the PS3 in every regard in my mind. Also you will able to get exclusive downloadable content for games which are backed for the 360 such as Splinter Cell: Double Agent and GRAW. The extra levels, weapons etc for those games - most of them will be exclusive to the XBox 360 according to GameSpot.
