Tsotsobe: Great sig, great innovation. I love the way you've used those effects around his shoulder and just put his face in the BG. Great creativity there. Text is fine, but the placement could've been better.. Also South Africa text wasn't needed. Just put Tstsobe a bit aside, bring the text down and use a nice lil gray BG for the text. (9/10)

Pujara: Simple, Subtle, Good use of lighting, but it needs a color punch, you haven't flawed anything, but the ava needs more. (8/10)

Overall fantastic job and keep going.
