Yudi - it is a big improvement. I am glad you have taken my advice and not gotten upset about it, because it was pretty harsh but fair.
I like it a lot. The main picture is a little blurry - perhaps try making it a little less blurry, but overall it looks a lot better.
Try experimenting with some plain backgrounds. Also, I have a big tip for you that may or may not improve your graphics depending how you use it (but they really improved mine when I started out).
Use a background as completely black to start off with and just have the main person in your picture.
Next, go to
deviantART: where ART meets application! and search for Photoshop brushes. Download whatever you think looks cool - grunge brushes, abstract brushes - whatever you like. Next, click run when it prompts for the download and the brushes will be saved to your Photoshop. Now, you can open the 'Brushes' tab in Photoshop and the custom brushes will be there. Experiment using them on the background in different colours and sizes - but try not too make it too blurry.
I would be very interested to see you make a creation like this. Otherwise though, keep up the good work. I still like your Sehwag wallpaper.
