Since you aren't controlling AI, you shouldn't see any difference there, atleast I don't, I do on occasion have AI dropping 6-7 catches in a row and then take some one handed magical catches right after, I think the dropping is pretty random :)

I used to drop them all the time, now what I do is immediately after releasing the ball, I move my right analog stick up, it usually works and I take 8/10 of the catches now. I do this every ball, whether there is a catch or not... just in case there is then it works.

Yes, the problem is you won't be able to simulate if you want to change the batting order, you'll have to watch that last batsman get out and then you'll be able to.. I was able to move myself up from 5th to 3rd.

I've always gone into the superover and once lost to South Africa in the super over, but man oh man, atleast the game is realistic with SA getting screwed after a tied game. :p

I will post up the picture after i take one of the scorecard, but in my career i just won by 1 run and took the last wicket. I was jumping up and down! Best moment. I think I finished with figures of 3-19 in 7.4 overs and had two run outs in my overs. Couldn't believe when that happened :D

This might have been mentioned before but it would be helpful if there was a button where the wicket keeper knocks off the bails right after the ball is bowled (in case of a stumping). I feel like there have been moments where some quick keeping could have resulted in a stumping, but the keeper...
