It is the best cricket game easily. I got it on Christmas Day and have played it every day since. Even with all the bugs it's by far the best cricket game to date. And it's just improved with the latest patch.

It's better than it was though. Still things to work on obviously, but I'm really enjoying it. Just in game 2 of a 5 match ODI series vs England. The stats are great. The run rate required and runs from however many balls is good to see there. And when you're batting first the projected scores...

Yea it's harder now than it was before patch #3. But it's better too. Patience. Pick your shots.

When you say third attempt, do you mean third game? If so...patience. Take your time. Remember your player is an amateur. Get his confidence way up before taking too many risks. And save his energy too.

Yea I would like to see that too. ODI stats when playing an ODI, and Test stats when playing a Test match. Yes I noticed this immediately. Edited: I managed to play a late cut after many attempts. But playing anything square he does a cover drive animation.

Ok I can't play an on drive without edging it behind now. Cover drive is good. And I can't square drive anymore. He does a cover drive animation but the ball goes square. Looks like he edges it but it's middle of the bat.
