i think because Gambhir doesn't know about cricketers from associate nations.he thinks that only ten teams play international cricket..i am sure he mustn't be knowing that a very good player is in their side or he also was trying to do what the ICC did:no associate teams or their players..

The already strong looking KKR side will be boosted up by inclusion of Shakib and Lee. I think Shakib will be replacing Tendo and Lee should come in place of Shukla/Bhatia.

I think they should take Lee now, but not Shakib.

Kallis, Morgan, Lee should be only 3 foreigners because Bhatia, Balaji and Manoj tiwary are doing good job. Same with Bisla, so Haddin should wait for sometime.
