Was considering allocating 10 ITS each on Stam, Bowling and Consistency, with the remaining 5 on batting. Should give me a Med/Med/Med bowler with Woeful batting at the least. And if he happens to be a good base player to start with, then even better.

Wage is low, high fielding on a pull is over-rated if you are going to have him on a fielding net from day one he'll end up with something like remarkable fielding by the time he turns 22. Keep him for now, you'll probably end up with better.

Change of plans, as this week is to pull batters for WI. So I'm going with 10 on Bat, Conc and Stam, and 5 on keeping.
