The Aussies have come down to good from great with all those retirements. Hayden is thinking about ODI retirement, Ponting is 33 or 34. My guess is this : they will be good for another 4 years. Then another team building process wiil start and thats when they might become vulnerable. In that time the aussies should have a reliable player in its ranks and I think it should be Younis Khan.

There is really no room for Chanderpaul. It may be the Flop 4 or whatever name there is, but will Indian selectors ever put Chanderpaul in there?

VRV was in mid 140s in his early days. Not even was discussed ever in selections.

When he became medium pacer he was selected though.
