44f which is roughly 6 to 7 degrees. that is roughly what it averages in tas in the middle of winter. its a bit sad to call it a beautiful day though . :P

Well he lives in Michigan where late last year it fell to -19F or -28C

So compared to that 7C is quite beautiful

Had a tutorial today and there was girl from Texas in it (no offence Mark) and she was sooooo racist in some of her comments about Mexicans, that the tutor had to ask her to call them Mexicans and not a "greaser" (I think she was calling them that) Nothing wrong with the occassional joke but she was really slagging them off. You get my point though, there are ignorant, racist people in every country. Its not as if that girl is the only racist person in Texas, and its not as if all people in Texas are racist.

Same with England, France, Germany , (insert country)

Haha, well Texas is on the border with Mexico and tons of them sneak in here illegally. I guess we have a similar problem with them like the Aussies with Indians. They come here and don't want to learn the language and speak in Spanish really loudly and impose their culture on you.

I can't say I am a big fan of Mexicans either but I deffo do not have anything against them and I never judge an individual Mexican before I actually speak with him/her and get to know them personally.

My main beef with them is their refusal to learn English and refusal to teach their kids English. They want seperate Spanish schools for their kids, to me that is just re-segregating our society, something we fought hard against all those decades ago.

It got to -44C last december. Brutal.

Snowed 10' today. No school (thank god). Snow isn't the killer but the wind is. The actual temperature is 31F but because of the wind the Wind Chill (what it actually feels like) is 20F.

Can't wait for the summer. I want temps in the 80s and when I head to India, well over 100. :cool:

Thing about Michigan and the Midwest is we get all 4 seasons in all it's glory. Gets very hot in the summer (tops 100F), gets brutally cold in the winter (-40 ish F) and we have fall and spring too.

Yep, but as I said if it wasn't for such bad players I wouldn't make any money and the game would be pretty boring.

BOT- Chinese new year. Honestly I thought it was about two weeks ago, then a chinese dragon* burst into work making loads of noise making it pretty much impossible to hear what the players were saying for about 10-15minutes. Their new year lasts two weeks. wtf?|

*for those from places without a large chinese community it's basically a load of people wearing a dragon costume (a bit like two people in a horse costume, but about 20 people long) banging on drums and things.

I'M LITERALLY FUMING!!! BOY THIS GRINDS MY GEARS!!! I went to the video store, sun out, birds chirping just a lovely day... I enter the store and head to the PS3 games. To my surprise the games were quite expensive, so I decided to go for NBA live 09 (they had F*** all Choice)
*Later that night* Walk inside, open the game case AND ITS tweaking NHL 09 :

Gonna go back tomorrow and give that fella at video ezy, who looks like humpdy dumpdy a hook to the jaw (not really he'll eat me alive)
