In his prime he opened. To my knowledge he only batted at 5-6 in test matches in late 2015 when he was about to retire from test cricket, because even in his last couple games for us in the 2016 World t20 he opened the batting.

In WC, he opened two times (when Finch was not playing) and batted in middle order two times, out of four matches.

I'm not too sure, I don't know how long it will take rcb to find the right bowling combination but their lineup on paper looks indestructible but unfortunately for the most it hasn't worked out for them

It was indestructible before, but not now. We are too dependent on Kohli and ABD. They can't deliver all the times. And we have to bring in Colin and Southee. Colin is a very good T20 player and we have to try him out.

Rahul has been the batsman of the tournament so far for me. It's ridiculous how easy he has made batting look and he's delivering substance to go with his style too.

DD really messed it up yesterday. Their think-tank seems to be misfiring when it comes to the major decisions - they have one of the world's best all-rounders in Morris and they're making him play like Rajat Bhatia. They don't seem to realise that if they are to win games, Morris has to be given a key-role. What was the point in sending Tewatia before him, seriously? That was insulting really. It is like RR sending Stokes 6 down or KKR sending Russel 8 down. When you have a player of Morris/Stokes/Russel's quality, it's imperative to use them properly.
