The way SRH started their innings, 172 was a great effort from KKR to keep SRH down. Manish Pandey helped his previous team in that effort.
KKR are through without needing to wait! Its now between MI and RR. All odds in favor of MI. Its an uphill task for KXIP. They first have to wait and pray that MI loses. Then once MI loses, KXIP will have to beat CSK massively (maybe 30+ runs or chase in 13th or 14th over; approximately, maybe even more) to get past RR's net run rate.
If MI win against DD, it knocks RR out and puts KXIP in an impossible spot for NRR battle, and makes the last match just about CSK ensuring that they don't lose big and keep their No. 2 spot.
