Login and saving issues

Hi my STEAM Id is DON. Every time i start the game (CRCIEKT2019 P it asks for login id and password. I cant save any game in between. Also every time i log out of the game it resets the entire academy and settings that i saved. Basically i have to download the whole academy (all teams logos etc) when i log in. please help
