God I remember that. So many times on those wet pitches I'd tried to play a back foot defensive shot and the ball would bounce underneath the bat and I'd get clean bowled. Some of the bat-pad dismissals on those EA games with the spinners were exceptional though.

I had that happening too. In the end I just started not pressing anything at all and letting the ball drift through to the keeper. Stopped it from happening.

That's probably asking a little bit much. There's always going to be a limit to the amount of intuition you can create within a video game...

Just a real quick question...are there any variations in animation for when a batsman reaches a hundred other than just meekly holding the bat up? I know it sounds very FIFA-ish but I'd love a few different variants...or even just someone taking their lid off.

Anyone know why I can't get custom lineups to stick in career mode? I went through all the county teams altering the starting XI's for each team and format but each time I start a career mode it reverts to something different. Now this isn't a massive issue really...but my pedantic side just...

Has anyone ever brought up an issue with the statistics in career mode? Whenever I check the bowling stats for a competition is returns that everyone has bowled like 400,000 overs they all have the same wickets and economy and everything. It's really messed up. At work so don't have a screenshot...
