help in randomizing tournament schedule?

Can you help me randomizinf the games between teams when I create a tournament/world championship. I always get to play the same teams.. Im sure Im missing something simple. This is furstatting. Appreciate ur help

Do you add the teams to the tournament in the same order? or is it a pre-set tournament?
