runouts!!

While i opened the game exe file in a hex editor i found these, anyone tried to modify these.

An effort had been made prior to work around this one to sort out the run outs but in vain. Any changes around the area of the above string will make the non striker/striker not to ground his bat between balls. Hard luck but keep looking you may be able to figure out something.
