I find this years pes the easiest yet, mainly because of the poor keepers. It wasn't to bad before, but now they really are crap. I play on 5 stars, or what ever the hardest setting is and normally only lose a handful of games each season.
About player speeds, in last years pes a 40 year old defender with low speed would be able to catch up a speed demon, like martins for example. That doesn't happen in this years version which is great, and thats the way it should stay. I hate it when the cpu has an unfair advantage like speed, as i enjoy playing on the break, and making defence splitting passes to my forwards. However, there is more than just the speed attributes to think about when player a catches up player b. Body balance, dribbling, technique and a few others all play a part. For example, you can use the shirt pulling move when defending to keep up with a player that is faster than you, as can the cpu. But if you have actually broken clear of the defender, and your player has faster dribbling, speed and acceleration stats then they wont catch you up if you run straight.
