The Pitch is in a dreadful state, seamers can bowl all day on this which is good news for South Africa As they have no spinner, the pitch offers nothing to spinners the outfield is very slow but its very bright so not alot of swing around for the bowlers so they'll have to bang the ball in hard to get seam movement and pace, Whoever wins the toss should Bowl first
The Toss
"It's South Africa and Graeme Smith To Call" "Heads"
"The call from Smith and its tails, so Ryan what are you going to do" "Were Going to have a bat first the pitch looks good no swing which is good for us so were going to try get some runs on the board then try bowl South Africa Out"
"Good look today then" "thanks"
"Graeme Is it a bad toss to lose" "no not really I was going to field first anyway so im really Chuffed"

Nice work mate. Holland are going to have to bat well, to make give the bowlers something to work with. Hopefully Hall can make Kent proud and get some wickets and runs.

South Africa face a tough chase ahead but should have the strength in depth to win this game but all the batsmen must chip in if they are to win the game
South Africa found victory simple today with 6.1 overs to spare, they started slowly after 4 overs they only had 3 on the board but Smith and De Villiers Accelerated in the powerplay over before Smith was caught behind by smits of the bowling of Schiferli for 28 of 39 ball this brought Kallis to the crease who put on a 100 partnership with De Villiers at more than 6 an over, then Kallis ran De Villiers out by calling for a ridiculous run De Villiers speed almost got him home but the third umpire Replay showed him to be 8inches short of his ground so he went back to pavillion scoring a superb 63 off 51 balls the young keeper is turning out to be a real prospect for South Africa it then brought Gibbs to the crease he stayed with Kallis who was ever increasing before yet again Kallis called a silly run, Gibbs gave up halfway down the pitch he just missed out on 50 departing on 48 from 56 deliveries
Prince then joined Kallis, Prince was going very slowly but it didnt matter as they were well on their way to winning, Kallis was the last man to go he hit 81 off 74 balls bowled by Schferli, Prince 16* off 32 and Kemp 13* off 16 ran down the last runs as South Africa recorded the first win of their campaign
De Villiers and Kallis Got the Run rate down by running singles which eventually cost De Villiers his Wicket
Here is South Africa's Batting Card
Hollands fielding was dire but Schiferli bowled well to pick up 2-39 but they seem to give up during De Villiers and Kallis' Partnership
