Backward Point,short fine leg),More awaty movement


Kevin Pietersen(Lucky)-look to get set and then smash,lofting balls in gaps

Ashley Giles(woosah)-Defensive field(fine leg in boundary,square leg,mid on,deep third man,mid wicket,
slip),mainly try keeping runs down.

Geraint Jones(jhnnyby)-Use square cut.

Simon Jones and Flintoff to be given older ball(in slog overs)

Matthew Hoggard(ashu2411)-Bouncers initailly with attacking field(two slips and a gully).

Batting-Tail ender,play according to situations.

i suggest pietersen shud come at number 3..this is a 20-20 cricket & u need ur best player(best attacking player) at the top. I am sure this will work & he will slashes every team at the start..

slip),mainly try keeping runs down.

keep bowling on legs..with that same field metioned above..dont bowl too short at pads

Matthew Hoggard(ashu2411)-Bouncers initailly with attacking field(two slips and a gully).

hoggie..dont try much for good length.,this is a 20-20..bowl at stump

First I want to request to have a separate bowling coach so that we bowlers can discuss our strategies with him more clearly. I personally have full faith in our recent coach brett lee .
Considering the advice of our coach and since the match is also 20-20, Hoggard has decided to change his tactics for warmup match and he will ow try to bowl just outside off stump with an off-side field. He will also bowl some occasional bouncers or short deliveries atleast one an over for first two overs and then just a consistent line outside off for rest of the spell.
Good Luck to our team and and all team members and I hope that we start of with a win to boost our morale.

As Harmison I would like to just bowl a consistent line outside off with a bit of movement away and the odd slower ball and bouncer to surprise the batsmen. Standard offside field.

Well seen as how there have been no replies, I will take at as those 12 are the only 12 players registered and pick from them. My starting 11 is as follows.

i think Pietersen then Flintoff then Vaughan would b good as u have 2 big hitters comin straight in or u could have Strauss in at around 5 as he has done alot in shorter formats of the game then have MV open then KP then AF then AS comin in at 5
